HOME EXCHANGE (valid only in case of home exchange): The parties agreed that they will continue to make all necessary payments relative to mortgage and / or rent. No payment for accommodation is required. UTILITIES: The parties agree that each property owner will continue to be fully responsible for all normal and expected utility charges. They further agree that each party will behave responsibly in the use of electricity, gas and water. BREAKAGES: The parties agree to either replace or pay fair compensation for any item broken during they stay in the exchange home. SERVICES: The parties agree to leave a detailed list of all services normally used. DEPARTURE: The parties agree that both homes will be left in exactly the same condition as they were found. 5. LEND AND SUB-LETTING - The Parties should not lend or sub-let the Item(s) without the written consent of the Owner Party. The Parties agree not to use the Item(s) for any illegal purposes or in a manner that is contrary to its intended use, or moral and social standards. 6. MAINTENANCE, DEMAGE AND THEFT The Parties will use, maintain and take care of the Item(s) in a careful and responsible manner. The Parties will be held liable for any damages he/she causes to the taken Item(s). His/her liability will not exceed the potential residual value of the Item(s), as defined in good faith or contractually. If the Party that takes the Item(s) do not return it (them), he/she will be liable to pay the Owner Party the residual value of the Item(s). If the Party that takes the Item(s) returns it (them) in a bad and/or poorly maintained condition (which cannot be described as a result of normal use), requiring special cleaning or attention (e.g. dry cleaning of an item of clothing), this party will be liable to pay the cost of cleaning or potential maintenance carried out by a professional specialist. 7. LIABILITY: The Party that takes the Item(s) is the sole person responsible for the Item(s) during the Exchange Period. The Party that takes the Item(s) is the sole person responsible for any damages that the item could cause to him/her or a third party. The Owner of the Item(s) assumes no liability during the rental period for the Item exchanged, in particular regarding its incorrect, imprudent or illegal use. The website of cool-rent.com, is not a party to this contract, either explicitly, or implicitly, and does not provide any services directly or indirectly through this agreement. cool-rent.com does not verify the credentials of the Party One, the Party Two, or the quality of the Items for Exchange. Therefore, the parties to this agreement accept that they cannot hold cool-rent.com liable, either directly or indirectly, to any loss resulting from making and/or carrying out this agreement. 8.
